Everyday Creativity – DeWitt Jones

by | Jun 1, 2010 | Business in General | 4 comments

It is the first day of June in the year 2010. Half of the year is behind us now. That leaves us 6 months to go to make this year a year to remember.

What are you doing to move your business and life forward?

Are you paying attention to what comes before you?

Is education and learning new skills on your list of things to do?

I don’t know about you but that is my plan. I am planning on remembering 2010 as a stellar year – physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. Therefore, I am working on business projects, learning and educating myself on new techniques, growing while I work with my coach and sharing with others as much as possible as I come across items I believe are of value for our journey.

This video Everyday Creativity is worth every minute of watching.  It will give you a new perspective or maybe remind you of a perspective you already know.

I give this to you as a way to start the next 6 months of the year.

Dewitt Jones says in early minutes of the video: “Every act has the potential to change the ordinary into the extraordinary.” I believe this wholeheartedly.

Will you take a few minutes to watch and reach for the extraordinary?

I was enthralled by this video. Wish I’d had that kind of language to share with my junior high art students years ago. When I’m not creating, there’s a part of me that feels dead. Creativity can bring such joy to us in all phases of our lives.

Thanks for sharing, Vanessa! I loved your post. Such a great outlook. And thanks for the video. I love how he talks about the different camera lenses in relation to how we view our lives.
